Reframing Giving: New Approaches to Support Skills, Education, and Pathways for Economic Empowerment

At a time of global uncertainty, the philanthropic sector is playing a critical role in expanding access to education and work opportunities. Investing in inclusive education-to-employment pathways is both a humanitarian imperative and a smart economic strategy with long-term social returns.

This participatory, solutions-focused workshop will bring together local and international stakeholders to explore how philanthropy can accelerate skills development, workforce readiness, and sustainable livelihoods. The session will highlight best practices and innovative approaches to scaling access to dignified work, offering participants actionable strategies, from program design to cross-sector partnerships.
