This workshop is part of an initiative that seeks to understand the unique context of community-driven SMEs in creative and cultural industries (CCI) and the nuances of their long-term business journeys.

CCI SMEs are purpose-led and uniquely engage with qualitative impact. The most critical aspect of a CCI SME is being able to tangibly deliver on what they’re promising. How can they create clear connections between their mission statement and their output? Post-launch and after the buzz, what is the internal work behind long-term revenue? What are the alternative ways CCI SMEs track their success?

This session is for us to together unpack the context of CCI, explore how an SME delivers community-value, and understand the role governance plays across?
