Pearl Initiative, in collaboration with Sheraa, is hosting a closed-door roundtable that convenes a curated group of women tech founders from the startup community to explore the often-overlooked role of governance in scaling women-led ventures. Designed as a reflective and solutions-oriented space, the session unpacks how internal clarity, founder alignment, and strategic decision-making structures can serve as levers for both sustainable growth and investor readiness; particularly in an ecosystem where capital, credibility, and control are unevenly distributed.
With a focus on real-world experiences, shared challenges, and tactical insights, the discussion aims to surface the business case for governance as both shield and strategy for women entrepreneurs navigating early-stage ecosystems.
Location: Sheraa HQ, Block C, 3rd Floor, Sharjah Research, Technology, and Innovation Park, University City, Sharjah.
