Women are powerful drivers of development and economic growth. Studies have shown that corruption affects women and men disproportionately. Women, usually deal with corruption as victims rather than perpetrators of the crime.

Pearl Initiative, in collaboration with SABIC, is launching the Gender and Corruption Series of workshops, targeted for female leaders, senior executives, and HR directors at large and small companies across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

The 4-session series will focus on the importance of applying a gender perceptive to the organisational integrity/anti-corruption compliance programs and will showcase how companies in KSA and the Gulf region are using different mechanisms, tools, and resources to empower female employees and supply chain partners to embed ethics and integrity considerations into their daily work and respond to and report corruption more effectively.
