However, concerns surrounding women’s entry into, and exit from, the workforce continue to persist. Addressing the structural and social challenges that limit women’s career growth and their professional development is essential for building a robust and egalitarian economy.
This event addressed the concerns that affect women’s advancement in the workforce, and explored the findings of our research on the subject through a discussion of our new Thought Leadership Report.
