Developed in collaboration with the King Khalid Foundation, this document provides detailed guidelines on philanthropic and non-profit governance structures contributing to the efficacy
and efficiency of organisations operating in the sector. A set of templates have also been
developed to complement these guidelines. We recommend that each organisation adopting this template independently evaluates and adjusts specific details in line with their organisational,
operational and strategic needs.
